I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent treatment I received when I was recently admitted to have my gall bladder removed. From the moment I arrived until I left and afterwards when I requested further assistance I cannot think of one negative thing to say. It was the first time I had any kind of procedure and the whole experience was stress free, thank you very much to everyone. I attended as an NHS patient

I needed to have my gall bladder removed and from the moment check in was very easy, each nurse, anesthetist and surgeon all came and explained what would be happening. This was very reassuring as I hadn't had any operations before. From when I arrived till I left and afterwards when I needed some additional information there is not one negative thing I can think of. Friendly, supportive, professional, excellent all round

The staff were brilliant they looked after me very well but the overall cleanliness of my room that I stayed in unfortunately wasn’t the cleanest of rooms. we did make the ward manager aware of this so hopefully going forward there will be an improvement
